BACKGROUND:
Background
LEHA Investment Properties, Inc. (applicant) has proposed a Proportionate Fair Share Agreement to mitigate the projects impacts to Howland Boulevard pursuant to F.S. 163.3180(5)(h) for LEHA Business Park, consisting of 26,250 square feet of medical-dental office buildings, and 637 units of storage facilities, including RV parking. The applicant will pay approximately $105,818.87 in impact fees once they apply for the building permit.
