The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Member Avila.

3. PUBLIC FORUM: Public comments shall be limited to items on the agenda and
shall not exceed three minutes. Please be courteous and respectful of the views of
others. Personal attacks on Committee/Board members, City staff or members of the
public are not allowed and will be ruled out of order by the Chair.
Member Avila opened and closed public comments as there were none.
4. ACTION ITEMS:

Public Hearing - Resolution No. 2026-49, Adopting the Community
Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Annual Budget - Annual Budget for FY
2026/2027.
The City Attorney read the title of Resolution No. 2026-49 for the record.
Motion by M. Avila-Vazquez, seconded by E. Santiago, to approve
Resolution No. 2026-49.
The Commission and staff discussed grants.
The motion carried by the following vote:
