The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Member Avila.

3. PUBLIC FORUM: Time permitted, public comments shall be limited to items on the
agenda and shall not exceed two minutes. Please be courteous and respectful of the
views of others. Personal attacks on Committee/Board members, City staff or
members of the public are not allowed and will be ruled out of order by the Chair.
Member Avila opened and closed public comments as there were none.
4. ACTION ITEMS:

Public Hearing - Resolution No. 2025-105, Adopting the Community
Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Annual Budget - Annual Budget for FY
2025/2026.
The Economic Development Director gave a brief explanation of the proposed Community
Redevelopment Agency (CRA) annual budget.
Member Heriot arrived at the meeting at 5:18 p.m.
Motion by M. Avila-Vazquez, seconded by E. Santiago, to approve
Resolution No. 2025-105 adopting the Community Redevelopment
Agency (CRA) Budget for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
The City Attorney read The City Attorney read the title of Resolution No. 2025-105 for the
record.
