1. CALL TO ORDER:

5:15 PM

2nd Floor Conference Room

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Mayor Avila.

2. ROLL CALL – CITY CLERK:

Private meeting with legal counsel to discuss:

International Association of Fire Fighters (I.A.F.F.) Collective Bargaining

i. Mayor announces the commencement of the Executive Session with

an estimated length of up to a half hour.

The Mayor stated the estimated length of time for the Executive Session is a half hour.

ii. Mayor announces the names of each Commissioner in attendance,

the City Manager Doc Dougherty, Deputy City Manager Robin Hayes,

City Attorneys Gemma Torcivia and Zackery Good, Finance Director

Jonathan McKinney, and HR Director Pamela Wu.

The Mayor announced the names of each Commissioner in attendance, the City Manager

Doc Dougherty, the Deputy City Manager Robin Hayes, City Attorney's Gemma Torcivia

and Zachery Good, Finance Director Jonathan McKinney, and HR Director Pamela Wu.

iii. Mayor closes the session to the public.

The Mayor closed the Executive Session to the public at 5:17 p.m. and he asked that

anyone's name he did not call to exit the room at this time.

iv. Discussion of negotiations.

v. Mayor announces the termination of the Executive Session.

vi. Mayor reopens the meeting.
