Presentation from Utility Department of status updates for Lakeshore  
Boat Ramp, Fisher Wastewater Plant, Eastern Wastewater Plant, and  
active Utility CIP projects.  
The Deputy Utility Director gave a brief presentation on the Easter Wastewater Expansion.  
The Commission, Brad Blais with Mead & Hunt and staff discussed time frame, sewer  
customer percentage, 2045 mandate, build out credits, options for septic to sewer, cost  
and grants, infrastructure, State mandate, reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus, State  
penalty and subsidies, Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) authority,  
identifying areas, money received for wastewater projects, requirements for grants, the  
spring head, the next phase, and the Comprehensive Plan.  
The Deputy Utility Director gave a brief presentation on the Fisher AWT (Advanced  
Wastewater Treatment) WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) Design.  
The Commission and staff discussed the CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk), the scope  
of work, time frame, remediation and the surrounding area.  
The Deputy Utility Director gave a brief presentation on the Lakeshore 4B Restoration.  
The Commission, City Manager and staff discussed pumps, the boil, the entrance to the  
boat ramp, road enhancements, the scope of work, the time frame, improvements, seawall,  
park usage, the typography, the ramp itself, dredging, floating docks, signage, the process,  
bid discrepancies, the CMAR, and the old community center area.  
The Deputy Utility Director gave a brief presentation on the CIP (Capital Improvement  
Project) in Progress updates.  
The Commission and staff discussed Master Lift Station #7, grants, generators and DEP  
run time standards, Potable Water Wells 41 & 42, AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)  
App, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), emergency management, water  
leaks, plants on Lombardy Drive, broken water line on Providence Blvd., response times,  
resident satisfaction, and Del North.
