Joint Meeting With Planning & Zoning Board  
1. CALL TO ORDER:  
The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by the Community Development Services  
Director.  
2. ROLL CALL – CITY CLERK:  
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Edward Ng with The Corradino Group.

A.  
Deltona Comprehensive Plan Amendment Workshop between the  
Elected Officials, the Planning & Zoning Board, and the public.  
The Community Development Services Director turned the meeting over to the  
consultants with AXIS Infrastructure and The Corradino Group. The consultants gave a  
PowerPoint Presentation to include Section 01 - Introduction, Section 02 - Project  
Updates, Section 03 - Chapter 2 Overview, Section 04 - Next Steps and Section 05  
Engagement Activities.  
After the presentation the Commission, Planning and Zoning Board and residents  
proceeded with activities and round table discussions.
