The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Avila.

agenda and shall not exceed two minutes. Please be courteous and respectful of the
views of others. Personal attacks on Committee/Board members, City staff or
members of the public are not allowed and will be ruled out of order by the Chair.

Report - Purvis Gray CPA Financial Statements and Independent
Auditor’s Report of the Southwest Deltona Community Redevelopment
Area (CRA) - City Manager (386) 878-8850.
Tim Westgate, Audit Partner with Purvis Gray gave a brief explanation of the Financial
Statements and Independent Auditor's Report of the Southwest Deltona Community
Redevelopment Area (CRA).
Motion by Member Avila-Vazquez, seconded by Member Heriot, to
accept the Purvis Gray Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's
Report of the Southwest Deltona Community Redevelopment Area. The
motion carried by the following vote:
