BACKGROUND:
Background
Staff solicited bids seeking licensed and qualified HVAC contractors to provide full spectrum services consisting of preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements of HVAC units, systems or components for all City owned facilities and buildings on an annual and as needed basis. The bid was posted on www.demandstar.com and received eight (8) bids. Out of the 8 bidders, three (3) were responsive. Air Current was awarded using the City’s Bidding Preference for Local Vendors Ordinance No. 05-2016. The bids and the bid tabulation are attached.
