BACKGROUND:

Background

The double-sided video monitors on the digital monument sign located at 415 and Howland no longer work properly.  That sign is an older model that has outlived its life span and is no longer under warranty.  The structure of the sign will remain.  Only the monitors will be replaced.  Don Bell Signs has installed the newer monument signs in the City and had the lowest bid for monitor replacement.
