Background
The City Manager Department is adding an additional scope and public meetings for a strategic plan on April 2021. The City will engage the services of a professional consultant to facilitate a comprehensive strategy and budget planning effort for fiscal year 2021-2022. The budgeted funds will be adjusted to the cover the cost of the scope of services.
