SCADA is a communications system that allows for monitoring of pumps, motors, levels, chemical dosages, and alarms at the wastewater plants, water plants, and lift stations. Rocha Controls was approved by the City Commission to begin work on December 9th of 2024, approved for $2,958,215. The change order is required for additional items within the scope of the project.  Additionally, there are requirements for configuration and deployment of these items by DGR Systems in the amount of $18,360. Due to the sensitive nature and cybersecurity of SCADA, detailed information has been redacted from the backup documentation.
