BACKGROUND:

Background

U S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the CAPER be submitted annually to remain federal grant compliant. The CAPER is a summary of the City activities and accomplishments under Title 24 of the HUD funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The purpose of the report is to document proper use of HUD funds by the City.

 

The CAPER is associated with the 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan (AAP). In accordance with the required citizen participation plan, the City has observed a 15-day public comment period. No comments have been received at this time, but should any comments be received between now and the end of the comment period, staff will include those comments prior to the presentation to the Commission.
