BACKGROUND:
Background
On June 22, 2026, the City Commission approved Resolution No. 2026-48 Foreclosure of Outstanding Municipal Liens at 271 Fort Smith Blvd., Deltona, Florida. That on July 20, 2026, the Foreclosure Petition was filed with the Clerk of Court, Seventh Judicial Circuit, Volusia in case styled City of Deltona v. Two Star Investment Inc Case No. 2026 12707 CIDL. On July 20, 2026, at the City Commission meeting a consensus was approved to bring Resolution 2026-48 for discussion at the next Commission meeting.
