BACKGROUND:
Background
At the request of the Mayor an Add-On Item was added to the Regular Commission Meeting (RCM) agenda to discuss suspending enforcement of the age restriction portion of Ordinance No. 02-2026, micromobility devices. After review, there was no motion, first or second made on this item. This is to confirm the unanimous vote taken at the RCM on August 3, 2026.
