Background
At the March 2, 2026, Commission meeting, the Commission voted to approve a Resolution in Support of Volusia Forever. The Resolution was approved by majority vote. The Resolution was prepared, signed, and distributed on March 3, 2026, in accordance with the Commissions direction. The final executed document requires formal ratification to ensure the Commission’s vote and intent are properly reflected in the official record.
