BACKGROUND:
Background
The item before you is for parking lot improvements at Harris M. Saxon Community Center. This is an action item that was listed under the parks improvement project previously approved by the Commission under Resolution No. 2026-30. Scope of work is to include relocation, milling, and resurfacing which ultimately will provide additional parking. The pricing on the proposal piggybacks on Volusia County’s Asphaltic Concrete Supply and Placement contract ITB NO. 25-B-43JS. Vendor is under an active agreement for on-call professional services with the City.
