BACKGROUND:
Background
The Fire Department requests approval to replace the existing AutoPulse cardiac resuscitation platforms with twelve new units which may be reimbursement through the Opioid reimbursement grant.
The budgeted amount for this replacement is $350,000, with a quote of $349,592.84 for the new platforms. The City was approved for the grant by the Volusia County Opioid abatement board for reimbursement and is awaiting final approval by the Volusia County Council.
