BACKGROUND:
Background
The City of Deltona entered into the Agreement with the FDEP for the City of Deltona Comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment (Project), effective May 14, 2025. The Amendment authorizes an extension of the Period of Performance through March 31, 2027. This extension provides sufficient allocation of time for the City and Mead & Hunt, consultant working on behalf of the City, to fulfill all the tasks as required in this agreement.
This is included as part of the Fiscal Year 2025 - 2026 budget.
