BACKGROUND:
Background
This is the year end Project / Capital Carryforward budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The Commission approved the annual budget for FY 2025-2026 on September 22, 2025. This amendment is necessary to account for operations, capital improvement projects and capital outlay budgets that must be moved into FY 2026-2027.
