BACKGROUND:
Background
The City of Deltona submitted several flood mitigation projects to Volusia County’s Transform386 program. The project known as Elkcam Boulevard at Lake Helen Osteen Road - Flood Mitigation Project proposes to improve the stormwater at this intersection.
The City’s application committed a 50% cost share of the project, which is estimated to be $422,787.50 of the $845,575 anticipated total project cost.
