BACKGROUND:
Background
This grant agreement is required for the City to receive reimbursed by FEMA for the cost of debris removal, emergency protective measures and for any damages to city buildings and infrastructure. The cost share from the federal government is not to be less than 75% of eligible costs. The State of Florida Department of Emergency Management will provide a match of no less than 12.5% and the city makes of the remaining amount. The amount of federal funds obligated has not been determined at this time.
