BACKGROUND:
Background
The parcel described as Parcel Number 813035000100 located on Captain Drive, Deltona Florida, has been identified as a valuable asset for the potential development of a future trail connection and/or park expansion. The Parcel is not suitable for the construction of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings due to the easements, physical characteristics, and zoning limitations. The preservation of the Parcel for open space and recreational purposes aligns with the City’s long-term planning goals and supports the well-being of the Community.
