The maximum time for the temporary portable storage unit to remain on the property shall be 30 consecutive days with a maximum of two occurrences per year per lot, not to run consecutively, may be placed on any paved driveway area, but must be a minimum of five feet from the edge of any right-of-way and six feet from any side lot line.
