BACKGROUND:

Background

Volusia County Hispanic Association did a presentation at the Regular Commission Meeting held on June 15, 2026, inviting the City of Deltona to participate in their 30^th Anniversary Gala event as a Presenting Supporting Partner by approving an In-Kind Donation of The Center at Deltona as the venue.
