BACKGROUND:
Background
On June 24, 2026, Property owner Wesley Wainwright, appeared before the Special Magistrate to request a recommendation to reduce the fines. Mr. VanLaningham’s recommendation, the aggregate accrued fine of $112,250.00 should be reduced to a residual amount of $7,500.00. Administration and staff costs to the city for both code cases are in the amount of $3,713.56. Mr. Wainwright is the property owner. This property is homestead.
