BACKGROUND:
Background
Staff conducted a bid for the complete replacement of all exterior windows and doors at Deltona City Hall located at 2345 Providence Blvd. $440,575.00 dollars were budgeted for this project including a Department of Energy Efficiency Grant of $139,630.00 dollars. The funds for the DOE Grant must be expended by January 21, 2027. Four complete and competitive bids were received. The low bidder on this project is Property Renovations & Construction LLC whose bid came in at $679,350.00 dollars. A budget amendment of $274,775.00 (including $36,000 dollars) for window shades is required to ensure appropriate funding. Staff recommend award of Bid #26004 to Property Renovations & Construction, LLC for an estimated project total of $715,350.00.
