BACKGROUND:
Background
Animal Control will utilize Volusia County Animal Services, for rendering assistance in emergency situations, such as pet sheltering for animal cruelty, animal fighting, dangerous dogs, and impoundment of animals found in distress. This is also to include surgeries for the Trap Neuter Return Program (TNR).
