BACKGROUND:
Background
Staff solicited bids for as needed fertilizers and chemicals to be used for parks throughout the City. Five bids were received. Howard Fertilizer & Chemicals Company, Inc., SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC and Rentokil North America, Inc. DBA: Target Specialty Products were the lowest responsive bidders for the supply of fertilizers and chemicals in accordance with Bid #26026.
