BACKGROUND:
Background
The funds required for these services will be available as approved by the City Commission as required.
RFP#26020 was posted on Demandstar and notification went out to 556 companies and there were 15 plan holders. Three (3) proposals were received in response to RFP #26019 for Miscellaneous Land Acquisition Services. This firm(s) will provide Citywide acquisition services to multiple departments/divisions. Services can include property appraisal, negotiations, title search, closing coordination and land acquisition. Staff reviewed the proposals and recommends award to all three (3) firms for on-going, as needed miscellaneous land acquisition services.
