BACKGROUND:
Background
This project was before the City Commission earlier this year for the approval of Ordinance No. 03-2024, which approved the rezone from Office Residential to Retail Commercial. The applicant requests a Conditional Use for a quick service oil change facility at 3150 Howland Boulevard. Along with the request, the applicant requests a reduction in stacking from three (3) vehicles to two (2) vehicles. The site is zoned C-2, Retail Commercial, which requires a Conditional Use application to allow an Automobile Service Type A.
