BACKGROUND:

Background

The necessity of portable emergency pumps for the Stormwater Division ensures that the City can respond quickly, efficiently & effectively to draw down high water levels during major rain events including hurricanes.  These pumps added to the existing inventory allows a proactive approach to equipment staging to those known areas of historically flooding.
