BACKGROUND:
Background
The City of Deltona receives annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from HUD to support housing and community development projects. The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is the required annual report summarizing the City’s use of funds, accomplishments, and progress on goals in the Five-Year Consolidated Plan and 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan. The draft CAPER was made available for a 15 day public comment period, with no comments received and was submitted on February 25, 2026 to meet HUD’s federal reporting deadline. Staff requests the City Commission approve and ratify the CAPER submission to HUD.
