BACKGROUND:
Background
In 2024, the then sitting Commission approved the Echo Grant application of the D Ranch Preserve (atch. 1).
The updated application funds the new construction of the D Ranch Preserve Nature Center - a two-story environmental education facility featuring a covered wraparound porch, interpretive exhibit space, flexible classrooms, public restrooms, staff offices, a conference room, and equipment storage (atch. 2).
