BACKGROUND:
Background
The City of Deltona, through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery funds program authorized by the American Resource Plan Act was a recipient of funding authorized for two projects, including the Lake Windsor Pump Station project.
Currently, there is an anticipated balance of ARPA funding of $1.2M that will be allocated to this project for design, engineering, permitting & construction. This will bring the total available budget for this project to approximately $2.8 million.
The Scope of Work & Task Authorization prepared by Pegasus Engineering is for design, engineering & permitting.
The existing Stormwater Forcemain in this area was inherited from Volusia County when ...
