BACKGROUND:
Background
Catalina Pointe, LLC (Applicant) has proposed a Proportionate Fair Share Agreement to mitigate the projects transportation impacts to Howland Boulevard pursuant to F.S. 163.3180(5)(h) for Catalina Pointe, consisting of 277 residential dwelling units and does not include the impact of the commercial tract, which will require a separate proportionate fair share agreement.
