BACKGROUND:
Background
ITB# 26023 was posted on Demandstar and notification went out to 683 companies and there were 31 plan holders. Ten (10) bids were received in response to ITB# 26023 for Lawn and Landscaping Services. This bid will provide Citywide Lawn and Landscaping services to multiple divisions to include Stormwater, Water Plant Operations, Wastewater Plant Operations, City Hall, Parks and Recreation and various Fire Stations. Staff reviewed bids and is recommending award to Quality By Design.
