BACKGROUND:
Background
Pursuant to s.163.3177(3)(b) F.S., the CIE in the City’s Comprehensive Plan must be reviewed and updated on an annual basis. It is recommended to adopt the CIE Report and send it to the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO).
Staff has reviewed the current class “A” concurrency items and summarized expenditures/funds that are carried forward for the next five (5) years to ensure compliance with adopted level of service (LOS) standards. Finally, the City Commission unanimously approved the item at the January 4, 2016, public hearing.
