BACKGROUND:

Background

Proposing changes to TNR Program guidelines and rules. Proposing contract for 3rd party organization to oversee and facilitate all TNR activities. Creating preferred guidelines for a 3rd party organization contract agreement. Bids for contract must follow RFP guidelines considered.
