BACKGROUND:

Background

Deltona Water currently is fulfilling in excess of 11K locate ticket per year. One of the current production ground penetrating radar units is beyond its useful lifespan. Operating budget GL 401364-524607 has a remainder of $95,431.53 that is not anticipated to be exhausted this Fiscal Year. We would like to reduce PO 240192 by 25K in order to move those funds to the capital equipment budget to purchase a more productive GPR unit.
