BACKGROUND:

Background

The Commission approved and adopted the Resolution 2021-11 Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual on February 1, 2021. Staff has made changes to more effectively allow staff to expeditiously carry out their responsibilities while ensuring compliance with the laws of Florida, the Procurement Policies of the City and the Commission approved budget.
