BACKGROUND:

Background

The Catalina Pointe Final Plat application proposes to subdivide a 36.6-acre parcel of land, by legally separating the commercial outparcel from the parent residential parcel of the Catalina Pointe RPUD. The Final Plat complies with the Florida Statutes Chapter 177, and the City’s Land Development Code Chapter 106.

The Final Plat was submitted on December 8, 2023, and after three (3) rounds of comments and reviews the application was deemed complete on July 11, 2024. The Development Review Committee recommended the City Commission accept the Final Plat on July 17, 2024, with the condition that the Development Order shall be recorded into the public records concurrently with the Final Plat Mylar within 20 working days of the effective date of Resolution No. 2024-37.
