BACKGROUND:

Background

The applicant is requesting to develop a 1,671 square foot, 3-bay oil change facility at 625 Howland Boulevard. The City’s Land Development Code requires a Conditional Use for this type of use within the C-1, Retail Commercial Zoning district. The applicant has provided a conceptual plan, this does not mean the site will be exactly as shown, but it will be similar.

The applicant is requesting a reduction in the parking and stacking requirements from the City’s Land Development Code, Section 110-828, and has provided a parking and stacking analysis. The analysis is provided within the packet.

For more information, please refer to the Staff Report.

The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended the City Commission approve Resolution No. 2024-25, on May 15, 2024.
