Staff recommends the City Commission direct staff to move forward with the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation projects for the properties located at:
1640 Brentlawn Street, in the amount $33,500.00,
1355 Fort Smith Blvd, in the amount of $26,750.00, and
2037 Pillar Court, in the amount of $36,200.00
Staff will utilize Florida Housing Finance Corporation SHIP funds and each property's expenditures will not exceed $40,000.00 per property.
