Request for Approval of an agreement between the City of Deltona and Robert Half & Associates to facilitate the buyout clause that allows the City to proceed with permanent employment offer for the Human Resources Director position in an amount not to exceed $18,000 - Glenn Whitcomb, Interim City Manager (386) 878-8850.

BACKGROUND:
Background
The City of Deltona has been utilizing the services of Robert Half & Associates on a temporary basis to fill the Human Resources Director position, until such time as the City was able to find and appoint a permanent HR Director. It has been determined that extension of permanent employment with the Robert Half associate is in the best interest of the City of Deltona. A budget transfer of $10,000 to move funds from salaries to other contractual services will be processed to provide the funding.
