BACKGROUND:

Background

In order to evaluate the internal conditions of the sanitary sewer system, a CCTV camera truck is utilized which includes a physical truck, computer, and camera system. The current camera and transporter assembly is unreliable and requires frequent repairs, resulting in delays in evaluation and repair of service issues, and additional cost for repair and utilization of contractors for this service.  The City of Deltona - Deltona Water utilizes CUES software & hardware, thus necessitating the need to purchase the replacement equipment from CUES.  CUES is the sole source of genuine CUES Replacement Parts & Service.  CUES is the sole manufacturer of the K2 Summit and Granite Net video/footage capture systems.
