Corrective Action:
Provide a copy of 2023 emergency action plan to the Fire Safety Division for approval, obtain permit for installation of additional fire alarm devices within suite 56, discontinue use of extension cords for permanent wiring, repair emergency lighting fixture in suite 54, obtain building permit for installation of fire-rated door between suites 55 & 56. Cease & Desist utilization of suite 56 as educational occupancy OR obtain change of occupancy permit & pass all required final inspections.
