The members of the committee will each be either a resident of the city or be involved in a business or other organization in the city. Each member shall serve a two (2) year term, and members can succeed themselves in office. The committee will review ordinances only as specifically designated by the City Commission, and shall make recommendations to the City Commission as to such ordinances. The procedures of the committee shall be regulated by By-Laws adopted by the City Commission.
