The City of Deltona Ordinance Review Committee shall be comprised of seven (7) persons, with the Mayor and each City Commission member appointing one person. The Committee will sunset after a year unless the Commission decides to renew it. The Committee will work with a consultant to review the Code of Ordinances of the City of Deltona and prepare revisions for consideration by the City Commission as to such ordinances.
